What you will love about this home
Our apartment is a quiet and spacious getaway in the heart of bustling Buenos Aires! We're central to everything you'll want to see.
What you will love in the neighborhood
Tango! Central to all the tango you can feast your eyes on. Confitería Ideal, La Catedral, Salon Canning, El Yeite, La Viruta....
A few short blocks from the red line subway, many bus lines on Corrientes, and only a few steps from a taxi, which makes all of buenos aires at your beck and call.
Visit Eva Peron's grave site in the beautiful and historical Recoleta Cemetery, or feast to your hearts content at the corner Parilla (the best steak in town).
Our apartment is a warm and inviting place to be in a bustling city. We're always so happy to arrive home to the surprisingly quiet sanctuary of our home. We just repainted so everything is beautiful and fresh...And we're heading down in a few weeks so that we can take better photos, promise.
When you enter the apartment through the kitchen you're welcomed by the beautiful light that streams through the handmade glass windows. Fill the fridge and shelves with all the fresh foods you can find, or order delivery from the local restaurants (many restaurant magnets on the fridge). Either way, the kitchen is ready for your culinary desires.
The living room is large and spacious, beautiful old wood floors. Giant windows open onto a private cityscape view. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with ample closet space, and looks out onto the balcony and lemon tree. The study is a nice place to sit and read or work. We have one bathroom between the rooms, with a full-sized bathtub and shower.
There is nothing that you'll need that you can't find in a three block radius of this apartment. Wake up and stroll down the block or cross the street to pick up fresh produce and eggs for your breakfast. Or take your laundry around the corner to the full-service (and affordable) laundry mat. Find anything you need in one of two hardware stores, or one of the many super markets. Tango shoes? Only the best "NeoTango" is two blocks away.
Take a subway, bus, taxi or just walk to investigate the city. We're so centrally located that you can easily get to San Telmo, Recoleta, Palermo, Puerto Madero.
