What your guests will love about your home
Our home overlooks beautiful Umina Beach which is less than 10 mins walk through native forest on the edge of National Park. It is in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac on a ridge above the trees, surrounded by nature - rainbow lorikeets, crimson rosellas, cockatoos, kookaburras, pelicans, possums, wallabies, lyrebirds etc. Nice friendly neighbours and a village atmosphere make it a desirable community. Good insulation mean the house is comfortable all year round with little requirement for heating and cooling. It is an eco-friendly home with solar power, solar hot-water, water tanks and compost bin, but is also connected to mains services. We also have a Balinese-style gazebo and many fruits and herbs in the garden. The Holiday Park just below us attracts thousands of visitors each year and the beach has safe swimming areas as well as decent surf for the more adventurous.
