What you will love about this home
Our home is like our own private rainforest retreat - out the front we have views over the sunshine coast hinterland and out the back a rainforest sanctuary. We fall asleep to the sound of waterfalls and cows, while still being a short bike ride to the beach, shops and restaurants.
What you will love in the neighborhood
The beaches! Just a short bike ride away are Maroochydore, Alex Headlands and Mooloolaba beaches. A short drive will take you over the river to Twin Waters, Coolumn and Noosa
Cotton Tree - a growing hub of music, food and art. Some of the best restaurants on the Sunshine Coast and the best live music - all about ten minutes away by bike
The quiet - the house backs onto a rainforest sanctuary (with some great walks and waterfalls) and our street has no through traffic. It is like a little haven tucked away and quiet - but still so close to shops, parks and schools
The Sunshine Coast is an amazing location, it has so much natural beauty and is a great spot for lovers of the outdoors! Surfing (pro-surfer Julian Wilson started out surfing at Coolum, while ASP Womens Rookie Dimity Stoyle is from Buderim), fishing, hiking, sailing, anything you want to see we have it! As well as the amazing Coast line, the Sunshine Coast hinterland boasts rainforest & waterfall hikes, restaurants, wineries and amazing views.
Buderim is a quiet and extremely safe neighbourhood and the house really is in a magnificent location - 10 minutes cycle to the CBD, walking distance to parks, 15 minutes cycle to the beach - but at the same time, when you're home, you feel like you're a million miles away from anywhere.
The house is fully furnished, set on approx 1/4 of an acre with plenty of fruits, vegetables and herbs growing in the garden - which make great additions when having a barbeque and a few drinks on the deck.
We are happy to provide the use of a car (Holden Astra four door - fits a shortboard), 2 bicycles and surfbboards for the duration of your stay
