EXCELLENT LOCATED 2 BEDROOM BEACH APARTMENT IN GUARAPARI - BRAZIL Guarapari is a well-known tourist destination in Brazil, famous for its dozens of beautiful curving white sand beaches, with warm and
clear water in the summer. It´s located just 37 miles from Vitória, the state capital, which is only 50 minutes flight from Rio de Janeiro. Our apartment is located at Praia do Morro, the largest and
most famous beach in the city. It has ocean view in the sunny and warm GUARAPARI. 8th floor. Master bedroom with an en-suite, with a couple bed + a baby cradle. 2nd small bedroom with 2 single beds,
with an adjacent big bathroom. We have 2 private parking spaces in the building parking area and internet highspeed 3G. The building is located in front of the beach. It has two elevators,
surveillance cameras, 24 hour doorman, recreation area with barbecue joint and a swimming pool in a terrace with the most beatiful panoramic 180º front view of the beach in Guarapari. Children and
small pets ok. Cars available for exchange (optional). Distance to Vitoria Airport: 60 Km (37 miles) - 50 minutes flight from Rio de Janeiro.It’s a natural luminous apartment, in the eight floor.
It’s well natural ventillated, so you won’t need air conditioning, even in hot summer. The neighborhood is receptive and welcoming. Guarapari is one of the most charming brazilian beach cities, where
you’ll find clear sea water, warm climate, friendly people and the famous "Muqueca Capixaba", a typical food of the local cuisine. In Guarapari you will always have cheap fresh fish, huge shrimps,
lobsters, prawns and various other seafood. There are several restaurants serving typical dishes of the local cuisine and of other regions of Brazil. There are also Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and
