What you will love about this home

Unique apartment in a building protected for its historical significance located in the core of Mexico City’s most famous sites. The building was converted from offices and renovated in 2015, but its charm from the early 20th century remains intact. The location is unbeatable in the heart of Mexico City's historical zone - located between the Zocalo (main square) and the famed Palacio de Bellas Artes - only three blocks from the pedestrian mall, Calle Madero.

The apartment is carefully decorated in vintage style to match the feeling of the building. In the independent bedroom there is a walk-in closet, LED TV and queen-size bed. The living area has a sofa-bed (queen-size mattress), LED TV with Apple TV, Bluetooth sound system and dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the bar has 2 stools. The apartment has a 3-piece bath and laundry area as well. There is Wi-Fi throughout, and all bed and bathroom linens. There are large windows with city views that let in lots of light.

The lobby will take you back to a different era and there is a full-time doorman/ elevator attendant. There are various subway stops nearby with access to different lines, or catching a taxi or ordering an Uber would be easy. The neighborhood is in the heart of the city with many of the most important cultural sites, restaurants, museums and churches within a short walking distance (El Zócalo, La Catedral, El Palacio Bellas Artes, La Torre Latinoamérica, Parque Alameda, etc.) The building is located on a quieter street and safety is not a concern in The Historic Center.
