Beautiful property 15 min. from a worldwide tourist jewel of Unesco: Quebec City. The House has 50 feet (16 m) large windows, overlooking the St. Lawrence River, in an environment in harmony with nature.
It offers a beautiful volume of 260 m2 on 1 floor, with a swimming pool and terrace, over 1500 m2 garden decorated with huge pine and Apple trees. Backed by an (infrequent) park overlooking the cliff along the St. Lawrence River, where you will find tennis courts, petanque walkways and playgrounds for children. A few minutes’ walk of an old dock.
Our House consists of 3 bedrooms with a very large bathroom. A kitchen with French doors that separate the dining room and a three sided fireplace between the lounge and its Video projection room. A garage with bikes and a Toyota Echo yours to travel. On the outside, we enjoy a large terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, gas barbecue, a heated swimming pool, two outdoor fireplaces (one gas and other wood) and a swing. Privacy because no opposite and very little traffic. It is Possible to walks along the river by bike or on foot.
We are non-smoking and very respectful of the property of others. Our region offers many pleasures nature with beautiful sites to visit: the city of Quebec, national capital, where there are culture, charm, restaurants, cruises in the archipelago, the Plains of Abraham, historic sites and a multitude of activities. We will be a joy to you leave hints on the subject as well as good addresses. Nearby, you will find all the shops for your everyday life: supermarket, butcher, Delicatessen, fruit and vegetables, wines and alcohols, pharmacy, etc.
