Furnished and tastefully decorated in a house built in the beginning of the last century, this 600 square feet (182 square meters) cosy apartment provides all the comfort of urban living in an all inclusive formula. Mademoiselle Casgrain offers visitors a comfortable homelike base in an authentic district of the City of a hundred bell towers.
The apartment features a double room at the front (living room opening to bedroom, separated by sliding panels), a corridor opening to another double room consisting of a dining room opening to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, mini-washer and dryer, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary items to cook and serve food for 4 people.
All the linens are furnished. Other small appliances are also included such as hair dryer, iron, standing fan, vacuum cleaner, etc.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-plex building. Guest also have access to a backside balcony with bistro table and chairs to dine all fresco or enjoy a summer morning coffee outside.

The visitor will find in Villeray residential streets lined with mature trees, quaint multiplex houses, small neighborhood cafés, restaurants and shops as well as the nearness of commercial streets and 2 subway stations. Villeray offers the practicality of urban living in a warm and friendly neighborhood.
A ten-minute walk will take you to Jean-Talon Market, North America's biggest public market. Foodies and cooking enthusiasts will find there all the freshest produce, fine groceries as well as meat, fishery, bakeries and more.
In the North center of the Island of Montreal (20 minutes to downtown) and easily accessible by public transportation (Jarry Metro Station), by Bixi bike rental service or by freeways (Highways 40 and 15), the district is bounded by the main arteries of boulevard St-Laurent, boulevard Crémazie, Jean-Talon and St-Hubert streets.

For a longer but cultural experience though typical Montreal urban living, take the 55 bus South on St-Laurent Blvd, and hop in-hop out to feel the city vibes. You'll cross Little Italy, Mile-End, Plateau Mont-Royal, Centre-Sud, Chinatown all the way to Old Montreal.
