herons and egrets fish in the peaceful waters. Hopefully you’ll get to see an alligator (don’t worry they won’t bother you if you don’t bother them). It is a truly relaxing location where you will
feel the stress drain from your shoulders as you simply enjoy life. .. The gorgeous Isle of Palms beach is only 8 miles away and historic downtown Charleston is only 30 minutes away. This lovely home
offers chic accommodations with luxurious pillow top beds. There are 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and attached bathrooms, 1 nursery and 1 full sized loft bed in the 4th bedroom.
What you will love in the neighborhood
The nearby beach is pristine and breathtakingly beautiful.
The neighborhood is secluded and super safe with plenty of wildlife (ospreys, egrets, alligators, etc.) We have 2 pools with a private card to get in and out as well as a park for children. Our house
is ideal for a large family with a nursery including all of the baby paraphanalia.
Historical, downtown Charleston is hands down one of the most stunning cities in the world. You really must experience it!
This house is perfect for a large family or two families traveling together. We have 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms, 2 gorgeous pools and park, nearby beach, overlooking a pond teeming
with fish and wildlife, back patio with grill, 2 televisions, 2 surf boards and beach items aplenty, and 2 parking spaces. We have a darling nursery that is Rainforest themed stocked with all the
baby gear you could possibly want! Historical Charleston is a colonial masterpiece. America has few cities that can awe you like Charleston. It was established in 1663 and has one of the largest
historical districts in America. The houses are brightly colored with unique architecture that pulls from influences around the world. You will feel like you stepped into ’Gone with the Wind’ at the
numerous plantations you can tour. The first shots of the American Civil War were shot here and there is so MUCH you can do that you will need months on end to even scratch the surface. Besides all
of the pristine beaches and history, this is also the culinary mecca of America, especially of the South. Look no further because Charleston is all that you could imagine!
