What you will love about this home

This charming (4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom) home sits on a pond next to a national forest. Our home is bright, cheery and comfortable. You will love our quiet location in the Francis Marion Forest (near
Daniel Island) with our home overlooking a pond that is teeming with lowcountry wildlifeOur home overlooks a pond and you can sit outside on our spacious patio with your tea/coffee watching the
herons and egrets fish in the peaceful waters. Hopefully you’ll get to see an alligator (don’t worry they won’t bother you if you don’t bother them). It is a truly relaxing location where you will
feel the stress drain from your shoulders as you simply enjoy life. .. The gorgeous Isle of Palms beach is only 8 miles away and historic downtown Charleston is only 30 minutes away. This lovely home
offers chic accommodations with luxurious pillow top beds. There are 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and attached bathrooms, 1 nursery and 1 full sized loft bed in the 4th bedroom.

What you will love in the neighborhood

The nearby beach is pristine and breathtakingly beautiful.

The neighborhood is secluded and super safe with plenty of wildlife (ospreys, egrets, alligators, etc.) We have 2 pools with a private card to get in and out as well as a park for children. Our house
is ideal for a large family with a nursery including all of the baby paraphanalia.

Historical, downtown Charleston is hands down one of the most stunning cities in the world. You really must experience it!
