Located in a pretty town (Sceaux, 5 km to Paris) with large and wonderful park (Parc de Sceaux, 108 Hectares), our welcome French traditional house, is modernized in 2011, with new fiitted kitchen, wooden and granite floors, with large garden. There are 4 bedrooms (can sleep 7), on 2 floors, 1 bathroom, 2 showers. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, traditional four, microwave, There is a terracce with 2 tables (seat up to 20). The basement (ground floor) is occupied and not included in the exchange.
There are also a piano and T.V. in the living-room. PC with broadand access to internet, Wifi and TV on ADSL are also available.
Sceaux is approximately 10 km south from the heart Paris with easy access to all Paris’ attractions, our house is 5’ walking distance to the RER B (high speed tube) station “SCEAUX” and 10 minutes walks to the RER B station “Bourg-la-Reine”, with just 8 direct stops from Notre-Dame de Paris.
The area has a lot of shops and restaurants, theater, cinema, swimming pool and tennis court, which are just 5 to 10 minutes walk.
We are a couple of engineers and have 2 daughters (24 and 17).

The Parc de Sceaux was the location of Madonna's Parisian first visit with her Who's That Girl World Tour 29 August 1987, breaking the record of 131.000 people
The Park also houses an open air opera every summer at the end of June
