-- Ideal for a couple or two and small families, with a hosting capacity of 1-5 people (3 can sleep on the 2 living room sofa-beds). Includes a large living space, bedroom (big double-bed), modern and fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, laundry washer & dryer, freezer, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hotpot, etc.), bathroom & separate toilet.

-- Particularly safe and conveniently located neighborhood. Direct commute to/from AIRPORTS Charles the Gaulle (30-40 min, via RER B) or Orly (20 min, with OrlyBus), and TRAIN STATIONS (Montparnasse & Gare du Nord/EuroStar). Most main tourist attractions 10-20 mins away.

*** NON-SMOKER apartment: No smoking whatsoever please.

*** CLEANING: please clean the apartment thoroughly before you leave (vacuuming throughout, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen - including fridge & oven if necessary), and if you have many dirty sheets which do not fit simultaneously into our washing machine, please just pile them up in a corner for us to handle later (generally we ask that you do not let the machine run unsupervised).

*** NOISE: As of 20h and until 8h (or 10h on weekends) please do not make excessive noise (vacuum cleaning, washing machine use, loud music, loud phone calls, shouting, etc.).

*** PETS may be accepted upon discussion.

# SUBWAY CONNECTIONS:
*** Metro line 4: reachable from 2 stations (Porte d'Orléans or Alésia, 5 min walk). Gets you quickly to Montparnasse, Gare de l'Est, and other lines, including the scenic line 6 to the Eiffel Tower.
*** RER B train (fast subway line): cross the parc (diagonally, 5mn) to the Cité Universitaire station, or grab a bus to Denfert-Rochereau. This connects you directly to both Paris airports, train stations, and to central places like Notre-Dame, Chatelet (10 min), Auber (Grands Magasins 'Galeries Lafayette' & Opera), Etoile (Champs Elysées & Arc de Triomphe) or Gare de Lyon.

# TRAMWAY: The tramway 3(a) goes around Paris, connecting to metro lines 13, 7, 8 (using the same ticket).

# CITE UNIVERSITAIRE CAMPUS: Open 24 hours. Houses students and researchers from around the world, in a diverse architectural setting. It offers many events as well as a pleasant terrace café overlooking its bucolic campus.

* Big Carrefour (open to 10 pm, Mon-Sat)
