A family home: convenient, comfy, and designed for the whole family
What your guests will love about your home
After many years living in the noisy but charming 10th arrondisment we wanted a quieter, bigger place near a park. That is how we got here, and we love it. We hope you will love it too.
What your guests will love about your neighborhood
The parcs, the Cour Saint-Emilion
The Bois de Vincennes ;)
The food markets all around our house
It is a 60 m2, fully furnished apartment with Washing-drying machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, shower, hair dryer WC, Wifi-Cable TV, Hi-fi CD, MP4 & I-pod player, phone, fully equipped, with linens. We have two rooms. One for our daughter Alma, who is two years old, and the other one is ours. We have a king size bed (180 x 210) and Alma has her baby bed. We also have a pull out sofa in the living room, which turns into a very comfortable bed (160 x 210). The total capacity is 4 adults and 1 baby (two babies tops).
We are at 150 meters from Paris’ main metro station, Cour Saint Emilion (line 14), one of the best metro line in the city, since it allows you to cross town in all directions at high speed. That means that if you come from Gare du Nord or Charles de Gaulle, you can be here in 5 minutes after changing (email hidden)e same goes if you come from Orly. And for just about any other place you want to visit in Paris. You just have to find a connection to the 14th line (which deserves the Opera, Lafayette’s galleries, Madeleine’s Church, the Louvre Museum, Francois Mitterrand’s Library, and the Cour Saint Emilion, among other famous Parisian landmarks) and you will be at home in the blink of an eye.
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential one, a few steps from a popular spot in Parisian nightlife: the Cour Saint Emilion. There you can shop, have a drink, catch a movie or just walk under the street lamps of this beautiful place. If you are into jogging or hiking, we are 10 minutes away on foot from the lovely woods of Vincennes and 100 meters away from the Bercy Park, another great place to jog or take a break on the lawn after a long walk in the city. You can also find near our home two bakeries, two supermarkets, two drugstores, and the Daumesnil Market, which is a must see if you want to sample or buy fresh French products for your dinner at home…
