What you will love about this home
This Provencal charming house opens onto a balcony, a covered terrace with a pergola and a patch of grass surrounded by roses, daisies and oleanders. Thanks to its thick stone walls, the house remains cool throughout the summer. Surrounded by vineyards and typical of the region with its bell tower, shady squares where players compete pétanque and three traditional washing places fed by springs, the village proudly bears the name of the nearby Pont du Gard. Built 2,000 years ago, it is the highest of the aqueducts made by the Romans and the third tourist site in France after Paris and Versailles. The river that flows under its arches is lined with pleasant swimming areas.
