My house is in 10 m of Valence, in the Drôme and nevertheless, we would imagine in the countryside.
It is spacious and contains 4 bedrooms. A mezzanine is reserved in TV place, where a lot of DVD is given to all (with cartoons, action movies or great classics of the cinema). A terrace in the back yard and out of sight, allows to read, to make barbecues between friends.
Archetypal family house, it is equipped with a kitchen containing all the necessity to cook for numerous guests. It also has a computer, a WiFi access, a dishwasher and a washing machine…
What your guests will love about your neighborhood
The district presents all the necessary conveniences: hypermarket unless 2 km, but also small minimarkets, pharmacy, bakery, and close, a discovered swimming pool during summer, and tennis courts.
The bus network passes in 200 m of the house and drops you in town in 15 minutes.
Ideally situated, 4 km from the junction of highway A7 (entrance north Valence, direction Lyon and Marseille) and the highway A43 (direction Grenoble and the Alps), the house is also unless 10 minutes of the TGV station of Valence.
Ideally located between Vercors and Ardeche, it’s a central starting point to discover beautiful sites.
Ardèche side, it takes about 1 hour drive to be on the side of Annonay, Lamastre or St. Agrève, or downright south, in the gorges of Ardeche, to visit the Pont d’Arc cave (Chauvet)...
Vercors side, it’s under 1 hour at the “Col des Limouches” and towards the Provençal Drôme, in the wonderful forest Saoû or in charming villages.
The city of Valence (in 10 minutes) reserves also many surprises for the curious with an historical and architectural heritage to be discovered, and an outstanding natural heritage : many park allow to get fresh ideas right in the heart of the city. 17 km of inland waterways, is a France distinctive feature. At last, a quite new museum of art and archaeology is not to be missed).
