What you will love about this home

Spectacular views over the beautiful city of Lyon and the Alps, on top of the Croix-Rousse hill - famous for its silk-making history and boasting with cafés, restaurants - walking/short distance from
city center and historical center. Less than 2 hours’ drive from the Alps, and 3 hours’ drive from the Mediterranean (or even faster by TGV).
Subway and many bus lines minutes away.

What you will love in the neighborhood

The lovely Croix-Rousse district (4th arrondissement (borough) of Lyon) feels like a village perched on its hill, with everything a stone's throw from the flat for you to enjoy your stay: cafés, bars, restaurants, food market, shops. You may decide never to go down the hill, but if you do, the walk down is filled with arty shops and cafés, and historical buildings!

Additional information

7th floor 2 bedroom flat in a 1960 14-floor building overseeing the entire city and the Rhone river at its foot.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, with most residents in the building being pensioners who first moved in during the '60s; some new young families have recently moved in as well.
The flat presents 2 single bedrooms (my daughters') and a living room with a large sofa-bed where I sleep; a eat-in kitchen, and a small shower room (with a minimalist-but-perfectly-working shower!).
Possibility of a parking space depending on availibility.
