The building's lower three floors are still used for their original purpose of storing shoes. It is an apartment of 220 sqm with a further 100 sqm of terraces. It has wrap around large windows with expansive views of the Acropolis and the Parthenon. It is surrounded by many art galleries, cafes and traditional tavernas and it is only four minutes walk to Monastiraki Metro Station.
It has an open plan marble and iron kitchen, fully equipped with a small electric oven that has three hot plates.
