What you will love about this home

Warren Lodge is a Georgian building first built in 1750 as a Game keeper's Lodge and later extended into a School and Chapel of ease. The House is filled with original features such as gothic windows, high ceilings and detailed coving. There is 3 spacious bedrooms ( 2 of them connected by an open arch), a beautiful lounge and kitchen/dinning area overlooking landscaped gardens. The Lodge is in an immaculate condition and a lot of love and care is visible all around.

What you will love in the neighborhood

I'm Coty Dobson, married to Des and we have two young children called Finlay and Maya ( aged 4 and 6). We live at the centre of the beautiful award winning village of Dromod in County Leitrim in the North west of Ireland and only metres from the River Shannon and stunning Lake filled with boats, barges and fun water sports activities for all ages.
Dromod has 4 superb pubs and Restaurants and few small shops within 5 minutes walk from the property. The bustling Town of Carrick on Shannon with it's quaint shops and International tourists feel is only a 15 km drive. There is lots to do and see in this outstandingly beautiful part of the Emerald Isle and you'll be spoilt for choice on things to do and places to see.
