What you will love about this home

The apartment is in the very center of Rome. It is sunny and spacious, at the 6th and last floor of a 19th century building, ideal for a couple or a couple with children. It is composed of two big bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a sofa bed, a large living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine), one bathroom with shower and two balconies on both sides of the apartment. It features free wi-fi internet and all the comfort of a modern house. It is located in a perfect point to visit the city, walking or using public transport: we are just a 15 minutes' walk distant from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum and only 2 minutes' walk distance from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza Vittorio and Termini station with both metro lines and several bus lines heading everywhere in the city.

What you will love in the neighborhood

The location is "strategic": the underground Metro is 150 meters away, and this allows you to move around the City quickly and easily, reaching within a few stops the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and all the beauties the Eternal City may offer.

Getting here is easy: the Roma Termini Central Station is only 200 meters from the building and it's well connected to the airport of Rome Fiumicino FCO (only 35 minutes from Fiumicino International Airport with Leonardo Express train).

Next to the apartment many excellent gourmet food shops, historical roman bistros (as Roscioli and Panella), terrific old school pastry shops (as Regoli and Dagnino) and the fascinating Piazza Vittorio market, one of the oldest market of Rome, once located in the center of Piazza Vittorio, now undercover at Via Principe Amedeo (only 2 minutes 'walk from the apartment).

Additional information

The 19th-century neighborhood of Esquilino is rich in both diversity and vibrant city life. One of the seven hills of ancient Rome, Esquilino for centuries has been considered a suburban niche in the city centre and only after the unification of Italy experienced a rich and quick urban development. Now it is a bustling neighborhood full of turn-of-the-century charm and a multi-cultural mélange.
