What your guests will love about your home
A comfortable 1920s townhouse (300 m2 / 3,200 sq. ft.) with garden, adjacent to a beautiful park, and in a high-end district of Utrecht.
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living and dining room, kitchen, toilet and garden.
Located on the 2nd floor are the master bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and separate walk-in shower, a separate laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and the kids’ playroom -- with lots of toys, games and a twin sofa bed.
On the 3rd floor there are two additional bedrooms, a study, a shower and a separate toilet.
In the attic you’ll find an extra apartment, with a sitting area, a dining table, a twin bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen. Here you can also connect your laptop (with movies) to the beamer & hi-fi set, so you have your own in-house cinema.
Finally, the house will be tidied up and cleaned weekly by cleaning staff.

The house is situated in one of Utrecht’s best neighborhoods, facing a beautiful park with a lake, playground and popular for jogging or enjoying a picnic. It is also located in the direct proximity (walking distance) of numerous quaint shops, restaurants, cafes and terraces.
The medieval, bustling city center of Utrecht is only a 5 minute bike ride away. You can reach the nation’s main train station within 10 minutes by bike or public transportation.
The best way to get around Utrecht is by bike. We have 6 bicycles of various sizes available for you to use freely during your stay.
Utrecht is the fourth largest Dutch city and is second only to Amsterdam in quantity of cultural events and activities. Utrecht has an old, medieval city center and is home to the country’s largest university. This makes Utrecht an excellent destination with a lively center and lots of museums, canals, shopping, festivals, discos and architecture.

Utrecht is centrally located within the Netherlands, which makes it the central hub for road and rail transportation. You can reach Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam within approx. 30 minutes by train or car.
< 15 minutes drive you can rent a sailboat or motor boat and enjoy the various lakes close by. You can also choose to drive to the beach, which takes 30 minutes longer. It's definitely worth visiting!
From Utrecht you can reach Antwerp in approx. 1½ hours, Brussels, Düsseldorf and Maastricht in less than 2 hours, Köln and Bonn in 2½ hours, Luxembourg in 3½ hours, and Paris in approx. 5 hours.
