What your guests will love about your home
The house has a basement with a double bed, office and tv area (wifi reception is good there). Very cool in summer and warm in winter. There's a very efficient pellet stove in the living room and the house, which is semi-detached, has acoustic insulation. The easy-to-keep patio has a planted border and tubs. The terrace above the garage has garden furniture and It's in the quiet outskirts of the village, only 10 mins walk from Pizarra train station (35 mins to Málaga, 75 mins to Fuengirola); 40 mins by car to Marbella, 30 mins to the nice beach near Ikea (Plaza Mayor). The village has several supermarkets.
It's about 30 mins by car to El Chorro, an area of lakes and mountains well-known to hikers and climbing enthusiasts as well as day-trippers. Pizarra itself provides some good walking.
What your guests will love about your neighborhood
Friendly village, with interesting villages around about. Good walks and proximity to most places on the Costa del Sol. A serious oversight is the absence of a bar that serves Guinness or real ale (craft beers).
