What your guests will love about your home
Comfortable and spacious loft carved from a former industrial space. As a base to explore Seville it could not be better. Within stone's throw of the vibrant, bustling Alameda area, this house is a relaxing haven in an amazing location.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. We have tried to keep all the finishing details that make a place a home. Double bed (160 cm) and two sofa-bed (140 cm. and 110 cm.). Two bathrooms. Dining table with seating for four. Integrated kitchen in an open living area with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, cooking utensils, coffee & espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine and cleaning materials. Internet and 32inch TV. TV Box Android. There is also a roof deck (to hang out the laundry) with views of the city. There is an A/C unit in the living area but fortunately the house keeps rather cool even during the summer. The layout makes it perfect for one couple to stay easily.
This is a two-story apartment but easily accesible from the street. Travel cot available. Stairs might not be suitable for young children.
We speak fluent English, French and Italian. Minimum Stay: 2 nights
We hope this flat serves as a home away from home to all our guests. We aim to greet guests on arrival, since we live very close to the place. The place is for your private use, though we are never far away. We will be there to ask any questions you have and to give you some tips on what to see, where to go out, etc.
Amazing location during Semana Santa (Easter). The apartment is literally fitted between the amazing churches os Santa Marina (mudejar) and San Luis (baroque).
We only have a few basic house rules: No smoking, no pets and no raging parties. We obviously expect guests to be tidy and clean up after themselves.
What your guests will love about your neighborhood

At the end of Calle San Luis is the Basilica de la Macarena, where you can see one of Seville's best-loved virgins. The apartment is close to all amenities, supermarkets, convenience stores
You can visit almost every part of the centre walking. No car needed.
