Is a wonderfull apartment, fully equipped and very located near the beach. The apartment is about 90 square meters. It has 3 spacious romos ( one for doublé bed and one for two single bed, and other for ironing tasks). There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a shower. The living room has also the function of dining room and opens to a balcony with views to the residential zone. It also has a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob; and also, a coffee machine, toaster and complete household items. It has entrance and terrace .The apartment has air conditioned (hot and cold). All the rooms enjoy natural light.There is a park space in the basement. In the public areas there are swimming-pool, solárium,paddle tennis court and playground for children. The residential area has day and night surveillance. It is located in one of the best areas of Valencia. Nearby public transport services. .The appartment is located in an área with a great atmosphere, full of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, (Mercadona, Consum ,ect) . The building is adapted for disabled people, with a lift and a ramp.
Valencia (810.064 inhabitants) is the third important city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona, and 15th in the European Union. There are 50 museums and exhibitions in Valencia City. In the last years, Valencia has become well known because of the construction of the City of Arts and Sciences or the celebration of events like America's Cup or the F-1 Great Price of Europe, but these new times live together with the gothic architecture of the cathedral and the Lonja, the "art nouveau" style of Central Market, the traditional cooking of the world famous "paella", or the quietness and charm of a privileged space like La Albufera and El Saler. The house is situated in a middle-class residential neighborhood called Benicalap. If you would like to do to the "Malvarrosa beach" you can get there by tram. If you prefer to visit the Historical centre and the famous borrough "barrio del Carmen" you can get there by bus. To get from the airport to our apartment you can catch the underground, the bus or a taxi We are at your disposal for any problem or question.
