Our house is in the outskirts of Ibiza town, very near the beach. In fact there are two beaches near our house, at a 5 min-walking distance.
It is a modern and practical house with two bedrooms and a study. The balcony is the best part of the house, above all in summer
Only 4 adult people can sleep in our house. I've got a spare bed but it is small and can only be used for little children until the age of 12 aproxm

Our neighbourhood is very calm and peaceful. There many amenities and servicies near the house, at a walking distance: banks, supermarkets, paddle and tennis courts, indoor swimming pools, a great variety of bars and restaurants.
Our neighbours are all local people. You will not find discos or fiesta places nearby
Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, 79 km off the east coast of Spain. It is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, an autonomous community of Spain. Its largest cities are Ibiza Town , Santa Eulària des Riu and Sant Antoni de Portmany.
It is an idyllic island with crystal clear waters, ideal for a swim at any time, peaceful, rural landscapes, mild temperatures and bright sunshine almost all year round.

are numerous dive centres at San Antonio, Portinatx and Cala Vadella, offering diving trips for both experienced and beginner divers.
For lovers of tennis and paddle, there are some very swanky sports clubs in Ibiza which have top-rate tennis and paddle courts, including the Ahmara Sport & Social Centre, Club de Campo & Club Can Jordi. These clubs also offer other facilities, such as badminton & squash, gyms and pools.

Ibiza City, is the capital centre of the island. Situated to the south of the island, its one of the most picturesque cities in the Mediterranean, its old town has been awarded historic status by UNESCO.
Ibiza also has excellent air communications: its airport is just a few kilometres from Eivissa, with scheduled flights to the other Balearic Islands, the Spanish mainland and a range of European capitals.
