Large open plan living. Light, airy and bright. Spacious. Our house is a 4 bedroom link-detached house on the outskirts of Macclesfield (pupulation approx. 50,000). We have a built-in garage for one car and the drive takes 2 cars.
DOWNSTAIRS: small porch, hallway, downstairs toilet, large living room with doors opening into the large kitchen/diner. The open plan kitchen/diner comprises of a large dining table which comfortably sits 6 people. It extends at both ends to fit 10 in total. In the kitchen/diner we also have a seating area with a large corner sofa and two office areas each with a desk. Doors opening up onto a large patio with garden furniture + a nice size lawned garden. Gate at the end of the garden opening up onto a cul-de-sac (great for bike-riding, skate-boarding, playing football - we have a football net which can be brought out through the gate onto the cul-de-sac).
UPSTAIRS: Comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a single bedroom with a cabin bed. A small guest bedroom with a single bed. Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a kingsize bed. A large family bathroom with a bathtub (with a shower over it).
What your guests will love about your neighborhood
We can see the PEAK DISTRICT from our house (10-15 min. by car from our house). It is a breathtakingly beautiful National Park ideal for hiking, walking. Absolutely stunning scenery (1,437 km²).
It is easy to get into town (Macclesfield) with lots of shops (5 min. by car).
Macclesfield train station (train to London - 2 1/2 hours direct + train to Edinburgh also about 2 1/2 hours). Manchester airport is 20 min. by car.
