This home is
A family home: convenient, comfy, and designed for the whole family
What your guests will love about your home
Our home is quite simple and we are quite easy going.
We have 3 bedrooms BUT for this LISTING, we are offering ONE ROOM with King size bed for 1 person or 2 people ( and child up aged 5 who will stay in the same room).
We will be home when you stay, so if you are comfortable with this arrangement, you are welcome to stay.
We are quite easy-going, friendly family. We are respectful and we hope you will respect our home too, with minimal criticism as we are sharing our private home. If you are looking for a hotel or bed and breakfast standard, our home is NOT the place. We endeavour to maintain cleanliness and order but if you have a particular standard, then perhaps our home is not the place for you.
We will help you in your stay with us, whether you want to know the public transport or free things to do in London.
We have a weighted organ and guitar for those who are musical.
There's cable TV, DVD player and unlimited fast internet, Netflix on TV.
We do not provide food but you are most welcome to help yourself with hot drinks such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate. If you wish to buy food, you can eat it in out home, or buy food to make sandwiches, you are welcome to do this, and use the fridge. Our kitchen in not very big, so no cooking, please.
Kids are most welcome!
We offer one double bedroom anytime for one or two people for non-reciprocal (100 points per night) guest to guest points. This means we will be in our home if you want to visit London. A couple with a young child is also welcome!
We offer reciprocal or non- reciprocal exchange (see my other listing) during the kids holiday from school. We are not strict with the dates but their holidays for 2016-2018 are as follows:
30 May 2016- 3 June 2016
Sunday 11th February 2017 - Friday 19 February 2017
22 December 22, 2016 - 4 January 2017
1-17 April 2017
27 May - 5 June 2017
For exchange, or when you occupy the whole apartment and we are not in, the guest to guest points for 3- 7 people is 200 points.
Everything is negotiable with insurance. Ideally, I like the insurance to be require if there are children, and I expect that from the host as well, since Iam aware accidents are more likely with kids, especially young children.
The deposit is negotiable too.
The flat is available for reciprocal exchange on British school holidays.
I am on 3 websites and busy so I do not always have the time to read requests. Please contact me also on whatsapp for instantaneous contact. Make sure you have requested dates on gtg website before you contact me on whatsapp.
I have extensively described my home, my rules, dates, transport, things to do etc. If your profile is not comprehensive, please update your profile or else send me all details of transport, things to do airport etc, since I have no time to do my own research and can be time consuming, unless you are from big international cities, which information can be freely available on the Internet.
