What you will love about this home
Our home is quite simple and we are quite easy going.
We have 3 bedrooms BUT for this LISTING, we are offering ONE ROOM for 1 person or 2 people ( and child up aged 5 who will stay in the same room).
The room will either be my daughter's room or my room.
We will be home when you stay, so if you are comfortable with this arrangement, you are welcome to stay.
Our apartment is on the top floor of 3-storey building. We have 3 bedrooms, apartment, not a house. Our apartment is on the top floor of a 3-storey building. Camera/intercom entrance, security camera in front of the building, strictly no smoking even anywhere in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building only. No smoking in the balcony neither.
We are quite easy-going, friendly family. We are respectful and we hope you will respect our home too, with minimal criticism as we are sharing our private home. If you are looking for a hotel or bed and breakfast standard, our home is NOT the place. We endeavour to maintain cleanliness and order but if you have a particular standard, then perhaps our home is not the place for you.
We will help you in your stay with us, whether you want to know the public transport or free things to do in London.

Also, if your home is spacious, and you like big spaces, our home may not be suitable for you. If you are looking for exactly the same size as your home, please read and ask questions and details first, before you request to stay. I do not wish for guests to come, stay then comment on how the space is small.
We are sharing our home and space in order for both homeowners to save money and not to compare each other's home and spaces.
We will help you in your stay with us, whether you want to know the public transport or free things to do in London. However, it is important to ask early as it us quite time consuming and I'm busy. Anything you want to book in London works out cheaper if you book early.
We have a weighted electronic keyboard, drum and guitar for those who are musical.
There's cable TV, DVD player and unlimited fast internet, Netflix on TV. Lots of English DVDs.
We do not provide food but you are most welcome to help yourself with hot drinks such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate. If you wish to buy food, you can eat it in our home, or buy food to make sandwiches, you are welcome to do this, and use the fridge. Cooking is permitted.
We provide linen, up to 4 towels.
If keys are lost, there's £30 cost, which you can pay in cash or will be taken from your deposit.
If you damage anything, you must report it to me immediately or to Guest to guest, if I'm not contactable.
If you use the washing machine, please buy your own soap. Local shops are 5 minutes walk.
Kids are most welcome!
Please be aware that I have two teenage kids, one 14 years old girl, and my son is 12 years old. They are good kids and full of activities after school, so may come home after 5 pm or later. They are also quite independent, and like music but not noisy. They play instruments but I will endeavour to tell them to put their headset when playing the keyboard, or noise reduction pad when they play their drum. During school, they wake up at 6:30 am so you may hear them. They go to school by bus and come home by bus on most days ( unless they have music lesson, sports club etc). Weekends, they may be at home unless we are going out or they are out with their friends. They hardly watch Tv, they will either be doing their homework or online (they do online courses) or playing music. They go to sleep at 10 pm, so please respect their bedtime and kindly not make too much noise after 10pm, they are light sleepers and so am I.
You will have access to the kitchen and living room/dining room.
Request to stay with us is anytime.
I am on 3 websites and busy so I do not always have the time to read requests. Please contact me also on whatsapp for instantaneous contact. Make sure you have requested dates on gtg website before you contact me on whatsapp.
We have 3 bikes in the shed, 2 folded, more for teenage girls. We usually cycle in the canal, just 15-20 cycle away ( maybe longer, depends how fast you are!).
You can use the bicycles upon request.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.
