What you will love about this home

Our two bedroom, two bath home is comfy and cozy. Because we like comfortable beds, both bedroom have KING sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen to make meals at home when you want to.

What you will love in the neighborhood

Whiskey Row because it’s the place for fun in Prescott

Courthouse Square because there is always something going on there. Those things include concerts, festivals, political events, lying in the sun, and just plain walking and sitting.

Prescott is home to numerous lakes, trails and forests, great for hiking and picnicking. There are also museums and the World Famous Rodeo every July 4th weekend.

Additional information

Locals call Prescott the Mile High City (1.58496 -km) and it is a favorite place for people from "The Valley" (Phoenix) to spend time during the summer when the temperature soars there. It’s always 15 to
20 degrees cooler in our Mile High City. In addition to all the local fun and activities available in Prescott, we are an easy 95 miles (1.40 hours), 2.30 hr drive or 110 miles to Phoenix, 2 hours or
98 miles to famous Sedona, 3 hours or 140 miles to Arizona’s famous Grand Canyon. While all three of these trips can be done in a day, you may want to allow extra time for sightseeing and relaxing.
There are locations to rent scooters, or off road vehicles in downtown prescott and lots of great restaurants to choose from. I have included a link here for the City of Prescott where you can
explore our town for yourself. http://www.visit-prescott.com/events-in-prescott-arizona Our home is located in a condominium complex and most of the units are owned rather than rented. The area is
great for walking and is safe. We live abut 1/2 mile from downtown Prescott and we walk there often for a meal, to have a drink at one of the bars on Whiskey row, browse the many antique shops, grab
an ice cream cone, or just sit in the shade of a great old tree on Courthouse Square. There seems to be something happening almost all the time in our little town, even if it is just people watching.
Our unit is on the second floor and we believe that it has all the amenities of home, no elevator, but 1 KING sized beds in each bedroom. We hope you will plan to visit some day. If you have any questions, please, do contact us.
