A small paradise: removed from the world, it’s a place to simply be happy
The neighborhood is a beautiful safe suburban area with friendly families and retirees on my cul de sac. It's quiet with a park path leading two blocks to the neighborhood private large pool, hot tub, wading pool and picnic area open 5/1-10/1. I am two blocks from a large public park with tennis and basketball, soccer fields, playground, picnic tables and cross region trails. I have open space behind my home and its close to the entry to Mt Diablo State Park yet a 15 minute drive to the BART and upscale downtown shopping mall with cineplex theater, 3 theaters, art galleries, fine dining, wine bars, and free parking. It's a 5 minute drive or 45 monute walk to shopping with markets, pharmacie, frozen yogurt, hardware, post office, restaurants, liquor store, salons, banks, gas station, library and Saturday Farmers Market as well as the high school and middle school with outdoor recreation areas.
