The location is very close to the 10 freeway which offers easy access to the 405 freeway, the beach and downtown. Hollywood/Beverly Hills is a short drive north, about 20 minutes by car. The expo line train is about a mile from the property. There are shopping centers within a 1/2 mile of the space with grocery stores and pharmacies. LAX airport is only 7 miles and very easy to get to by car in about 20 minutes.
What you will love in the neighborhood
Centrally located between Hollywood, downtown, the beach and the airport. Easy access to shops, the freeways, train and bike paths. The property is unique in that it has small buildings in a park like setting, very unusual for Los Angeles. It is a historic landmark and an example of early modernism in Los Angeles. There is a park in the neighborhood that I walk to and take hikes in. Contemporary art galleries, restaurants, farmers markets are all within a few mile radius. Most of the residents in our community are professionals in creative industries. It is very quiet and peaceful yet you are still in the very center of the city and can easily access popular attractions and neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles.
