My apartment is warm and welcoming with a view of the community pool/hot tub. Its on the first floor with convenient access to the exit door and its handicap accessible. The neighborhood is quite and wildlife wonders freely in the area. You can hear the ocean and with a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach you can enjoy a beautiful California sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

The apartment is also within walking distance of the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf. Its also located within a mile of 17-Mile Drive; a scenic road through Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula, much of which hugs the Pacific coastline and passes famous golf courses, mansions and scenic attractions, including the Lone Cypress, Bird Rock and the 5,300-acre Del Monte Forest of Monterey Cypress trees.
