What you will love in the neighborhood
Gated and secured resort is right on the beach; guests have resort access and miles of white sandy beaches to enjoy!
Restaurants, shopping, and nightclubs are within walking distance of this resort building, with a Wal-Mart across the street, cafes and restaurants are just a minute's walk, and less than a mile away is shopping haven Pier Park!

This unit is swap-only. Time is flexible because we travel year-round.
This unit will sleep 4 (2 in the queen bed, and 2 in the fold-out queen-sized sofa bed), but it is a studio unit and is really best for one couple.
Unit is heated and cooled with an individual wall unit. Unit has hardwood floors in the main area, and tile in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom.
This unit is on the 11th floor, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the balcony of the resort, as well as the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful beach. The parking garage is covered through the 11th floor, and there are lifts throughout the building, including close by our unit.
Wal-Mart Supercenter is across the street, and there are multiple shops, cafes and restaurants within a very short walking distance. A very good casual restaurant with live music and nightlife is next door to the resort. The nearest airport is the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), located in Panama City, Florida. There are multiple golf courses in the area, a Ripley's Believe It Or Not museum and a WonderWorks less than a city block away, Gulf World, petting zoos, bungee jumps, small amusement parks, mini gold courses, and other activities that are fun for all ages. Watersports in the area (including right outside on the beach in front of the resort) include parasailing, jetskiing, water skiing and wakeboarding, scuba, snorkeling, and deep sea fishing.
**Keep in mind that the "busy season" is from mid-March to the beginning of September (Labor Day Weekend) and that the Panama City Beach area can get VERY crowded. In March and April, because of all the high school and college students on their spring breaks, Panama City Beach resorts, streets, and beaches are packed and can get quite loud, especially at night. If you're looking to stay at this resort and would prefer to not be around a bunch of college students, do NOT stay here in March or April!**
