What you will love about this home

A 130 year old renovated cotton gin factory, now an artists community complete with a blacksmith, potters, 400 artists living on 12 acres. we have goats, roosters, a pig, a llama, donkeys. very animal friendly, featured extensively in The Walking Dead and The Hunger Games. A few minutes bike ride from Georgia Tech and midtown/downtown Atlanta. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, ice cream shops and bars yet secluded enough that many Atlanta’s don’t know that we exist.

Additional information

My loft is available pretty much all year and I am available to travel all year, I am very lucky to have a second home that I can stay in when the loft is being used and be able to travel immediately to anywhere that I find interesting.

We are a very private community, we host many concerts, art events and festivals every year, however when the tourists leave this is a thriving artists/film community and as such we do not suffer fools lightly. We have come together from every part of the world and will open our arms to you if you are respectful and appreciate this wonderful opportunity.

If you act like a boob you will find folks can be cold and unwelcoming. This is an incredible place, enjoy, gently integrate and life will be good.
