A 1930’s Arts and Crafts home with original everything on 1/4 acre yard. No neighbors, adjacent to large park, adjacent to bicycle trail that connects all over. 14 min bus to Rhode Island Ave Metro,
then 5 min to downtown Washington, DC. This neighborhood sits at the place where brave men fought to protect the Capitol from invasion by the British, known as the Battle of Bladensburg. The
neighborhood is mixed Latino, African American, and White.
There is a large master bedroom I will occupy when I'm here, and my guests will be in a small bedroom. There is an efficiency being completed but wouldn't be ready until late spring 2017.
