**Please note the house is not available for exchange in the months of July or August****
***We prefer non simultaneous exchanges with second homes****
The house is a typical " Cape Cod" style house built in 1955 with beautiful fireplaces in the living room and dining room. There are built-in bookcases, cabinets and dressers in the various rooms. There are four bedrooms , three bathrooms and an outside shower (outside showers are very popular on Cape Cod). The home is decorated in a rustic, beach, and nautical style with loads of charm. We have completed over 15 home exchanges.

The home we have on Cape Cod is a second home for us. We live in Danbury, CT (about an hour outside of New York City) and rent the home out in summer during high season but our favorite time to be there is June and September. There are so many things to do I cannot list them all but if you are familiar with the quaint, white picket fences, lighthouses and historic setting that Cape Cod has to offer then you already know how nice it is. It is loaded with history, beaches, biking, arts and culture, antique shops, whale watching adventures and the best seafood around. The house is located in the town of historic Falmouth and in a great location. It is like one stop shopping because many of the things you would need to do are walking distance or a bike ride from the house. You can walk one block to all the shops and restaurants and about 5 blocks to the famous Surf Drive Beach, which has beautiful view's of Martha's Vineyard. You can take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard right from the harbor in Falmouth (only about 2 miles from the house). If you are into biking, there are bike trails everywhere with private paved trails just for bikers (Shinning Sea Bike Trail is about 1 mile from our house).
Falmouth is 20 miles from Hyannis( you can catch a ferry here to Nantuckett) and is about an hours drive to Plymouth, Provincetown, Newport- RI, Boston, (you can get a bus right from Boston Airport to Falmouth). We are about a 3.5 hour train ride to New York City.
