This one family duplex house with private garden is located in Woodhaven, Queens on 96th Street between 90th and 91st Avenue. As you enter the house, there is a modern living room with two comfortable sofas where you can relax while watching TV on a 42 inch HDTV Plasma. You will enjoy the surround sound of a cinema style sound BOSE system when watching a movie or listening to a CD. Next is the dining area with a TV, a fridge with freezing compartment, a closet and a large table that can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. Keep in mind that the price includes $100 electricity usage, so when out make sure all the AC’s are turned off. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove ,an oven, a full 2 sides refrigerator , a microwave, a rotisserie, a real KRUPS espresso machine WITH 15 bar pressure. From the kitchen you will have access through a large sliding door to the newly built deck. You can enjoy breakfast in a quiet and green atmosphere. A garden table and 6 chairs are available, a barbecue is also available. (watering the plants in the front and backyard will be appreciated, just to keep it alive). Back to the inside- On the second floor you have 3 bedrooms available and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, two night stands, a closet and two windows facing the backyard. There is a Flat screen TV with a DVD player and Multi region VCR. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, a desk with a chair and two windows facing the street. The third bedroom is used as a kid bedroom. It has a single size bed, a TV and a desk with a chair.
There is an AC in each bedroom, in the living room and dining room (make sure they are turned off when you are out). A total of 5 people can sleep in this house very comfortably. Need to go to Manhattan every day? The J/Z trains are one block from the house. You'll be there in less than 40 minutes, you can also take the Q11 bus that will take you to Queens Blvd (last stop) where you can take R/F/W/7/E trains . You can shop on Queens Boulevard where there is a large shopping center (Macy’s 4 floors, JC Penney 4 floors, more than 30 retails stores, a full food court and plenty of coffee shops.) When coming back to the house take the Q11 bus and ask the driver to get you off on Jamaica Avenue one block from the house. Need to cook at home? Shop at Pathmark a large supermarket 5 minutes walking distance from the house on Atlantic avenue. The next doors neighbors are very nice and the neighborhood very quiet and residential.
