What you will love about this home

Our home is nestled in a quiet, country area and is on an acre of land. The gardens have been blooming since spring, and the summer has been some warmer than usual- mid 80's at times. Evenings can cool down into the 60's. We have a large backyard with many beautiful large trees, surrounding it, affording much privacy. If you take a walk in the evening, you can watch the sun set over the mountains, or enjoy the front rocking chair porch and read....
There is a private master suite with a large glassed in tile shower, large soaking tub / jacquizzi, and a private toilet room with bidet. The floors are Brazilian cherry and has a custom cherry mantel/gas fireplace. Kitchen has granite counter tops with an area that has a breakfast nook with Windows to watch the birds and other animals- such as White Squirrels and deer. The Master Bdr., the living room, and kitchen have double French doors that open to an ac/heated sun porch . Other usual amenities- just ask! Beds are a king, queen, double, and a toddler bed. Area is very nice , and the house is large,

Our neighborhood is gated with a private access code, and is located nearby to historic downtown Hendersonville, and within 20 mins. to Asheville, NC .
Located in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, in Western NC, there is much to do for all ages and interests! Known for beautiful hiking trails, the National Pisgah Forest has splendid cascading waterfalls- with "swimming holes" to cool off in, biking trails, lakes to fish and swim in...
The Biltmore House is a must- visit and is worth it!... Restaurants, elegant boutiques and shoppes, the Winery and beautiful acres to bike and explore... Of course, the Vanderbilt House tour is stunning, especially at Christmas time !
Downtown Asheville Activities hum with local musicians performing in the streets, the outside restaurants are filled and bustling as tourists and locals enjoy the fine types of cuisine offered. Many artists live in this area- Riverside Art District has become a mecca for visitors to come and watch artisans hone their different styles in painting and crafts.
We are 4 hours from the Historic city of Charleston, SC which offers the original straw markets, the horse and buggy rides offer tours and a way to view the local history. The city of Isle of Palms is just a short ride across the bridge, offering many resorts that are on the water.
Tennessee - Sevierville/Pigeonforge hosts Dollywood to enjoy for all ages. Country music abounds, as you walk through the natural Park, and Country foods are offered throughout. Rides for the little ones- and young at heart are fun and can be "wet" if you enjoy a little coolness as you walk.
Gatlinberg next door- offers many shoppes, outlets, beautiful hand-made quilts, etc. Renting a cabin in the Mts. Brings solitude and picnics!
This area of the country has something for everyone, with a moderate climate you can enjoy gardening, hiking, walking-and offers cooler evenings. Fall is beautiful here , (Indian summer is a treat through late September) and Winter arrives late, and temperatures don't usually go below 30 degrees .
The mountains in Carolina are a place to live... Visit.... And return, again and again.
