This is in a quiet, safe, lovely residential neighborhood in the suburbs of San Antonio, Texas.
We offer a beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath tri-level home with large fenced yard in a quiet suburban neighborhood. This is a private modern home with a large, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen,including all appliances (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, small appliances); the home also has a washer and dryer, central heat/air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a two-car garage. The large master en suite bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the large adjoining bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower, as well as a separate sunken bathtub. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed; and the third bedroom has a single bed that can fold out into a double.
There are lots of deer and other wildlife in the area. The deer bed down in the lawns around the neighborhood.

Brackenridge Park offers a wonderful out-door natural-habitat zoo. Its cypress-covered riverbanks and picturesque sunken tea gardens are "must sees" for any tourist. If you are a basketball fan, San Antonio is home to the "San Antonio Spurs." There is never "nothing to do" in San Antonio. Near San Antonio, you can visit the beautiful Texas "Hill Country," where there are many world-class vineyards and wine-tasting venues. A short distance from San Antonio, you can explore several quaint Texas towns, such as the old German communities of Boerne and Fredericksburg, as well as the "Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, and quaint Luckenbach and Gruene, to name a few. The scenic Guadalupe River runs through the Hill Country and provides inner-tube floating and kayaking. Near San Antonio are several lakes and underground "live" caves for the spelunkers. For water-lovers, there is Schitterbahm Water Park. If you love to shop, San Antonio has plenty to offer with its many high-end malls spread throughout the city. Also you might want to visit the huge outlet malls in San Marcos. A three-hour drive from San Antonio will take you to Mexico or to beautiful Padre Island with its miles of white-sand beaches. From the port city of Galveston you can take a cruise to Mexico and the Caribbean. A short drive north gets you to the Texas Capital of Austin, with its world-renowned music scene.
